Sir,
I feel very sorry for the inhabitants of Tenby who are being subjected to restrictions that have been placed upon them using their cars etc. to and from their homes.
The delivery lorries and vans are also restricted. I'm curious, is this anything to do with the geological study that was carried out recently? Not the study that was carried out years ago, with the closing of Crackwell Street to heavy vehicles (due to weakness of the cliff).
I've written to the council asking them to confirm this second study - but have received no reply yet. No wonder the council are adamant. Could pedestrianisation just be a smoke screen?
Mr. A. R. Williams, Whitlow, Saundersfoot.
