June Ashdown is Narberth's Person of the Year 2008. June, in her 80th year, still works hard as treasurer of Narberth Civic Week, as well as her voluntary work with the drop-in centre for people with mental health problems, Narberth and Tenby. Since moving to Narberth over six years ago, she has became a valuable member of the Narberth community. She is seen with Civic Week chairman, Elizabeth Rogers receiving her award.
