Tomorrow (Saturday), Julie Andrasko, proprietor of the Esplanade Hotel, Tenby (pictured) will be taking part in the 40-mile bike ride leg of this weekend's Long Course Weekend organised by Activity Wales.

Having successfully completed the course last year, Julie will this year be cycling to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
