THE new art exhibition opens at Tenby Museum and Art Gallery today (Friday).
Entitled Paintings and Sculpture, the exhibition features work by Grahame Hurd-Wood and Johnny Woodford.
Grahame is a well-known Pembrokeshire based artist who works predominantly in oils, although this show will also feature a selection of watercolours.
Grahame, who has exhibited his work previously at the museum, achieved an MA at the Royal Academy.
He moved to Pembrokeshire in the 1980s. Grahame prefers to paint in situ, frequently battling the elements to achieve his vision. His canvasses are an array of colours, capturing Pembrokeshire's unique light in an exciting style.
Johnny Woodford studied Fine Art at Brighton University in 1988 and since that time he has produced a wide range of sculpture, furniture and objects in addition to many garden specific pieces with garden designer Cleve West. He has a reputation for producing innovative sculpture from a variety of timbers.
This sales exhibition runs until Sunday, May 20.
