The following matters were considered at the last meeting of Jeffreyston Community Council:
Donation: A donation of £25 was made to the Wales Air Ambulance Service.
Planning applications: No objections were raised to the following planning applications - agricultural building for housing livestock at White House Farmyard, Jeffreyston; increasing entrance to East Park Residentail Home to allow private access to bungalow on site; extension to dwelling at Woodview, Loveston.
Goods vehicle operators licence, Loan Hill Farm, Jeffreyston: Representations were received from local residents regarding an application by R. & C. Waste for a licence to use the site as an operating centre for three goods vehicles.
Concern was expressed at the impact of large vehicles travelling through the village and latterly along the 'one way lane' to gain access to the site and it was resolved to object to the granting of a licence.
