Even despite the typical Pembrokeshire weather, approximately 400 visitors arrived at the grand opening of The Crescent, Pennar Point, on Saturday. 

Clr. Mrs. Pamela George, Mayor of Pembroke Dock, opened the site and visitors were provided with a vast array of local talent, as well as free refreshments. 

Radio Pembrokeshire and their presenter Olly Cole broadcast live with The Voice's Ragsey, Pembroke Dock's Vibe Dance Group and  X-Factor star Jay James Picton, who performed and mingled with the excited crowd.  

FBM staff were on hand to offer free property advice and to get their selfies with Jay James.

S & S Entertainments provided mascots ranging from Frozen's Elsa and Peppa Pig, and a great day was had by all.

Developers of the site, Dean Powers and Ed Cole were present to answer any queries and to meet the local Pembrokeshire community.
