Sir,

Where else can I complain, and someone will listen to me?

March 14, a lovely day, my wife and I were off to Tenby from Bridgend, on the coast road via Laugharne and Pendine. We love this journey, and it is easy for me, now that I am 80 and disabled.

A shock at Pendine - the disabled toilet was shut and my Radar Key was useless, so much anger and dismay. This is the first time my Radar Key has been dishonoured in the whole of the British Isles.

I wonder, is this a necessity? Or is it perverted political thinking? Sadly, I know what I believe.

V. J. Elward,

Bridgend.
