Pictured on his way through his home town of Pembroke on the bike leg of Sunday’s Ironman Wales is Dean Brown. Dean was taking part in his second Ironman and says he will also be competing in 2017 too!

“I never thought I’d do one, but two is amazing and I’m definitely doing my third in 2017. The highs were the competitors and the spectators, great people who helped me massively.”

Dean crossed the red carpet finish line to claim his Ironman medal in 14 hours and eight minutes.
