Two members of Saundersfoot Medical Centre who took part in the recent Ironman Wales event have presented two local charities with donations from the money their hard efforts raised.

Dr. Sian Williams and practice nurse Mary Bowen-Rees took on the challenge of the Ironman race last month, when they completed the toughest one day multi-endurance test in the world in and around Tenby.

With a total of £1,763.40 raised for the Paul Sartori Foundation and Harriet Davis Trust, the pair would like to thank all their patients, those who sponsored them and all who turned out to show support on the day of the event.
