Sir, As a group we find it somewhat ironic that Tenby Town Council recommend refusal for an extension on a property in Upper Hill Park, saying that it would have an impact on the character of the area.

At the same time they are applauding the proposal to build 168 houses on the Brynhir site.

Will these builds consist of only bungalows? So not to impact on the character of the area?

Also would the public be able to view the plans for the affordable housing builds?
