THE National Trust's Stackpole estate will be the latest Welsh park to be shown on BBC1 Wales this Sunday as part of the series 'Iolo's Great Welsh Parks' presented by BBC Cymru Wales' Iolo Williams

The half-hour episode dedicated to the beautiful Stackpole Estate was filmed throughout 2012, with Iolo and the team visiting the estate through the seasons to try and capture the secret world of the estate's wildlife.

Rebecca Stock, operations manager at Stackpole, said: "We are so proud to have our magnificent estate broadcast to thousands on Iolo's Great Welsh Parks. It has been a pleasure to welcome Iolo and his team to Stackpole for the making of this programme which has given the team the opportunity to share the secret world of our wildlife and their habitats that we work very hard to look after at the National Trust. Iolo's passion for the estate is infectious and I hope the programme will inspire its audience to come and explore Stackpole for themselves."

All the programmes in the series are airing at 5.35 pm on Sunday evenings on BBC Wales and are also available across the UK on BBC iPlayer.
