Local photographer Susan McKehon has recently received her certificate enrolling her as an Artiste Member of The International Federation of Photographic Art (AFIAP).

This is an award which required her to gain 40 acceptances with 15 different photographic images in competitions in 10 different countries.

Countries in which Susan gained acceptances were as diverse as Wales, India, Slovenia and Argentina.

Well-known locally for her sporting images, those submitted to the competitions ranged from cricket and rugby images to one of her husband lying in a bath beneath a print of a nude by Pierre Bonnard.
