Following the October business meeting of the Inner Wheel Club of Pembroke, members enjoyed a talk given by Mr. Mike Ashbridge from Air Ambulance Wales.

Members learnt that there are three rescue helicopters in Wales which are entirely dependent on charity donations. This vital service is run totally on the generosity of the people of Wales, and none of us know when we might need such a service.

Member Mrs. Evelyn MacCallum gave the vote of thanks and president Mrs. Monica Vanner presented Mr. Ashbridge with a cheque and said she hoped the club would be able to support further later in the year.
