Seven teams took part in the round robin, so there were plenty of matches for all sides. The games were played in a friendly spirit and there was some very skilful football on display from all teams.
The festival gave the children, some as young as five, a taste of team football and it was encouraging to see a number of girls in the squads.
Each participant received a medal and hopefully this will encourage them to continue playing at school and club level in the future.
Thanks to the referees, Lloyd Goforth (Tenby AFC), Lori Amos and Jerome Mansbridge (Tenby AFC and Greenhill Schoool).
The next area infants event will be the area sports being organised by St. Florence School on July 1.
