We are one of a number of premises licensed to sell alcohol in St. Georges Street, Tenby, where for the past 20 years we have noted the same report as shown in the Observer issue of Friday, September 20, page 3.

One of the local problems is the pre-loading of cheap supermarket alcohol which is sold until late at night. In addition, the footfall along St. Georges Street to takeaways and late-night clubs in Upper Frog Street, then returning for the taxi ranks, is consistent.

In addition to the foregoing, one of the reasons for the 30 per cent reduction in anti social behaviour and crime is the presence of extra police during the summer period.
