The staff and children at Cylch Meithrin Hywel Dda were delighted to receive a very special visitor on Thursday, May 31.

Olympic torch bearer Stuart White from Whitland visited us with his Olympic torch that he carried in Haverfordwest last Sunday.

They joined Whitland Primary School for their assembly and Stuart spoke to everybody about his tremendous experience carrying the Olympic Torch in Haverfordwest.

The children and staff were very excited and all of the children had their photos taken with Stuart and many of them actually held the torch.

It was a pleasure to welcome Stuart and we are extremely grateful to him for the visit.
