Plans are in the pipeline to redevelop one of Saundersfoot's largest hotels into residential dwellings.
Pembrokeshire Coast National Park planners have received plans for the future of Rhodewood House Hotel which they will consider at their meeting next Wednesday.
The application, which is being recommended for deferment, seeks outline approval for redevelopment of the site to residental, and although all matters are reserved for a future detailed application, supporting documentation indicates that the site would be suitable for approximately 10 dwellings.
