The wedding took place at St. Issell's Church, Saundersfoot, on Saturday of James Ashley anad Michelle Thomas. The groom, a quantity surveyor, is the son of Jim and Loraine Ashley, of 25 Barnet Drive, Bromley, Kent, while the bride, an area manager for Co-op, is the youngest daughter of Majella and Tony Thomas, of 10 Glen View Crescent, Tenby. Given away by her father, the bride wore a strapless soft satin and organza a-line gown with small chapel train. Bridesmaids Clair Thomas (bride's sister), Laura Ashley (groom's sister), Sarah Night (long term friend), and flowergirl Ella Davies (family friend), were dressed in dusky pink soft satin dresses with sequin detail on bustier and a-line skirt. Best men were Greg Dufty and Adam Bashford (groom's friends), while ushers were Andy Carey and Dave Morgan. Following the service, a reception was held at Heywood Mount Hotel, Tenby, in the day and evening. The couple, who are honeymooning in Venice and Lake Garda, will be making their home in Bromley, Kent.
