St. Issell's Church, Saundersfoot, was the picturesque setting for the wedding on Saturday of Mr. Mathew Davies and Miss Angelina Briers.
The groom, a plumber, is the son of Angela Davies, of Tenby, and Steve Davies, of Pembroke Dock, while the bride, a support worker, is the daughter of Steve and Jan Briers, of Laubobange, Hill Lane, Kilgetty.
Given away by her father, the bride wore a white strapless gown which featured princess neckline and sequins and crystals on the bodice.
Chief bridesmaid was Carlie Brown (best friend), while bridesmaid was Charlie Jones (bride's friend). They wore strapless black floor-length dresses which featured a white split and diamante spray on the hip.
Flower girls were Leoni Williams (bride's niece) and Erin Morgan (groom's cousin/goddaughter), who wore black calf-length dresses with white split and diamantes all over. Baby bridesmaid was Faith Davies (bride and groom's daughter).
Page boys were Orlando Williams (bride's nephew) and Miles Morgan (groom's cousin).
Best men were Daniel Roberts and Jason Harris (groom's best friends), while ushers were Bobby Briers (bride's brother), Raymond Lo and Ashley Evans (groom's friends).
The bride walked up the aisle to the uplifting voices of the Children of the Kingdom Gospel Choir from London singing 'Oh Happy Day'. The choir also sang 'Stand By Me' and 'Say a Little Prayer' during the signing of the register, before performing a personal rendition of 'I Swear' for the bride and groom.
The wedding ceremony was conducted by Canon Rev. Michael Butler, while organist was Mr. Mick Gulliford. Also in attendance was St. Issell's Church Choir.
A reception was held at Masterland Farm, Broadmoor.
Following their honeymoon in Cuba, the couple will be making their home in Kilgetty.
