Sir, After seeing the wonderful picture of the model village (town) of Tenby, I think Mr. George Shimmins and his family deserve a medal. Just up Valley Road, next to the coach park, 16 years (and more to come) of painstaking dedication, long hours and I expect no grants; what a colossal job to undertake. Very few would have done what Mr. Shimmins and his family have done. I for one would not have embarked on such a colossal undertaking. The historic town of Tenby - wow! It's history brought to life and I think it's free admission. I expect the plans for development of houses etc. (by the National Park) will leave room for visitors to park their cars (perhaps the Mayor of Tenby could even visit). Well done Mr. Shimmins and family.
