Once again there was a high standard of entries in the annual schools poster competition organised by Saundersfoot in Bloom.

Winners received their prizes at a ceremony held during morning assembly at Saundersfoot School on Tuesday, by kind permission of Miss Helen Lester.

The prizes were presented by Bloom chairman, Keith Williams, who congratulated the pupils of Saundersfoot and Netherwood Schools on the very high standard of their work, and thanked everyone for taking part.

Prize winners were a follows:

Saundersfoot School: age up to four years - 1. Chloe Lewis, 2. Ethan Burks; age five and six - 1. Aaron Bradford, 2. Jessica Hillier; age seven and eight - 1. Maerci Davies, 2. Jevon Thomas; nine and over - 1. Alan Van Nguyen, 2. Lorcan Williams.

Netherwood School: age 10 and 11 - 1. Steven Good, 2. John Lewis; age 12 and 14 - 1. Chin Ho Chan, 2. Alexis Raymond.

Best overall junior - Aaron Bradford; senior - Steven Good.
