Pembrokeshire’s only Hospice at Home Service, the Paul Sartori Foundation was selected by Professor Medwin Hughes High Sheriff as a worthy organisation to receive recognition this year.
The prestigious award was presented at a special ceremony at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David’s, Carmarthen, by the High Sheriff of Dyfed, Professor Medwin Hughes.
Representatives from the Paul Sartori Foundation included Charles Clewett, chair of the trustees, John Greig, volunteer supervisor for Letterston, Jay Moss, a registered nurse, and Sandra Dade, charity manager, who all enjoyed the special occasion.
The Shrievalty of Dyfed records and celebrates distinctive contributions made by organisations. This recognition was given to the Foundation for the professional service, care and committed support offered to members of the community; the Shrievalty having recorded its gratitude for such outstanding community service.
