HESED CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP
What miracle would you like to perform if you were going to start a new job? This was the question asked by the pastor, Rev. Peter Richmond, at the beginning of his talk. He went on to explain how Jesus was at a wedding where the bride's family had run out of wine. This was not just a social embarrassment - they were not fulfilling their legal obligations, and could have been sued by the groom's family.
"Jesus did not reserve his power to deal with some national crisis, he was willing to use it for the needs of ordinary people like you and me," the pastor continued. "His friends faced a problem they could not cope with, so he helped them."
