Sir,
The cliff again has decided to react to the development on its summit (large houses etc). How many people would build on such an unstable cliff and be granted planning permission? It defies common sense. I'm referring to The Strand in Saundersfoot. There's even a sign stating 'cliff-face unstable'! We had an accident on Sunday and again the fire and ambulance service were required. Do we have to wait for a tragedy before something is done about the unstable cliff? Planning permission should be investigated thoroughly before being granted.
Mr. A. R. Williams, Whitlow, Saundersfoot.
