Pembrokeshire County Council has received a healthy response rate to its Tenby pedestrianisation questionnaire.

The questionnaire was sent to all households in Tenby following the pedestrianisation experiment in the walled town during August.

The Council asked residents to give their views.

Pembrokeshire County Council Cabinet Member for Transportation and the Environment, Clr. Brian Hall said: "We are pleased with the amount of people who have sent in their completed questionnaires. We will now be able to assess the experiment.

"There is still time to send in your completed form. If you have yet to return your questionnaire, the Council would like to know your opinion. Send the form in the pre-paid envelope provided."

The Council has also sent a questionnaire to businesses in Tenby. This should be returned by Friday, October 11.
