“It will also create a better working environment for our staff as they can eat together and socialise which will really help improve the wellbeing within the teams.
“Being able to take breaks outside will really help reduce stress and anxiety levels. Being in nature, even for a short period, can reduce stress levels and improve overall mood. This will in turn benefit our patients greatly as staff will feel re-energised which will foster positive communications between staff and patients,” she added.
