Mass Vaccination centres (MVCs) across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire will be closed to drop-ins on Saturday 26 March due to a national update to the computer system used to record COVID-19 vaccines given.

Scheduled appointments for Saturday, March 26 will still take place, so people with booked appointments are asked to still attend as planned.

Y Gamfa Wen MVC at the university in Carmarthen will be closed to drop-ins after 1.30 pm on Wednesday, March 23, and the drive-through Showground MVC in Carmarthen will permanently close at 5 pm on Wednesday, March 23.

People are advised to check opening times of drop-in clinics before travelling for their COVID-19 vaccine without an appointment. Drop-in opening times can be found on the Hywel Dda UHB website here https://hduhb.nhs.wales/covid19-vaccination or by calling 0300 303 8322.
