A series of Pembrokeshire roadshows aiming to boost awareness of the benefits of healthy living got off to a flying start last week. The Health Challenge Pembrokeshire roadshow kicked-off at Ysgol Preseli in Crymych. School pupils took part in healthy cooking sessions, and had a go at several different sports and leisure activities, including volleyball and pilates. There was information on sensible alcohol consumption and oral health, and the fire brigade provided advice on accident prevention. "Our message is that a healthier lifestyle is often just a few small, enjoyable steps away!" said Clr. Sian James, cabinet member for health and well- being. The roadshow has been visiting other venues throughout this week.
