Headteacher of Whitland's Ysgol Dyffryn Taf, Mr. Robert Newsome, will find out later this month if he has been successful in winning a prestigious national accolade.
Mr. Newsome is in the running for the Teaching Award for Headteacher of the Year in a Secondary School, the winners of which will be announced at an award ceremony at City Hall, Cardiff, on Wednesday, June 21.
