Saundersfoot is the scene for lots of fishy events this weekend as part of Pembrokeshire Fish Week. Don't miss the Midsummer Mackerel Madness - a fresh mackerel barbecue opposite the Mermaid restaurant tomorrow (Saturday),12 noon to 2 pm. On Sunday, there's Saundersfoot Seafood Experience - demonstrations, recipes and tastings of fresh local fish and shellfish by a trio of Saundersfoot chefs. The event, which has live music and a fresh mackerel barbecue, is from 12 noon to 3 pm and located near the Tourist Information Centre. Children and families can also enjoy a Seashore Safari at Saundersfoot beach on Sunday from 1 to 3 pm - meet at the beach slipway.
