LAST Friday was the last day Ellie Jackson, aged 10 of Saundersfoot had long hair.
Ellie's great-great-aunty Eileen passed away on February 5 and after this, she decided to have eight inches of her flowing blonde hair cut off to make wigs for children who need them.
Ellie raised £282.75 for Cancer Research from family and friends and also customers of the Hean public house and Tesco's both in Saundersfoot.
The hair has now been sent off to the Little Princess charity which is the charity which collects the hair for the wigs.
Thanks also go to Claire Lewis for the haircut.
