Members of the Griffon Choir sang beautifully at two concerts recently, the first in aid of funds for Retinitis Pigmentosis at St Peter's Church, Carmarthen, and the second at Castlemartin Church in aid of church funds.

Judy McGilloway, the musical director, chose a wide variety of music from all genre, which included, among many, Amazing Grace, Ride the Chariot, No Man is an Island to Super Trouper by Abba!

The ladies sang two hymns and excellent solo performances were given by Marilyn Allen, Dawn Homfray, Sue Blick, John Williams and Lyn Childs, all accompanied by Andrew Cusworth .

Entertaining and amusing introductions were given on both evenings by the choir's MCs, Melfa Smith and Adrian Davies.

The Griffons will be performing next on Monday, June 22, at St. Mary's Church, Tenby, at 7.30 pm. All are very welcome.
