The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority is giving you the opportunity to enter into the Christmas spirit with three festive fayres this winter.

The authority’s visitor attractions, Castell Henllys Iron Age Village, Oriel y Parc Gallery and Visitor Centre and Carew Castle will all be hosting events in the coming weeks to help you find unique gifts made by a range of local producers.

Jenn Jones, manager of Castell Henllys and Oriel y Parc, said: “These three events will be filled with festive cheer, with seasonal music and refreshments helping to create a joyful atmosphere as you browse the great selection of gifts on offer.

“There will be plenty to entertain the children as you shop, including a chance to visit Santa in his special grotto and there will be free parking at all three locations.”

Carew Castle will play host to its Christmas Fayre on Sunday, December 4, with a chance to browse locally made gifts, crafts, jewellery and produce inside the castle walls.

The Quaynotes Choir will be performing traditional carols and Christmas songs, with hot food and drink available, including mulled wine.

Children will be able to visit Santa and receive a gift in his grotto, tucked away within the walls of the castle, for £2 per child.

The Carew Castle Christmas Fayre will be open from 10 am - 3 pm. There is free entry for children and normal admission charges apply for adults and concessions.
