Sir,
I have been a regular visitor to Tenby for two weeks every summer for seven years. I think the traffic free zone is good, especially now there is some sort of access down Crackwell Street. I think your biggest asset is your traffic controller whose name is Barbara - I am sorry I don't know her surname.
The reason I am writing this letter is because she is not your average 'jobsworth' traffic warden with the best way of giving a fine on her mind; she genuinely helps the tourist motor car drivers with their problems, which means when we leave we do not leave with a negative feeling about Tenby.
The place that I stay on Crackwell Street gives me good views and when she is down there I have never seen so many people greet a traffic controller with so much friendliness which shows that she keeps traffic in check without making enemies.
She is pleasant to talk to and a great ambassador for your town. It is for this reason I think she deserves a big thank you.
