Sir, Unfortunately, after a long illness, my mother passed away on Monday, October 27, with myself and her care staff by her side. I am writing to thank Steffen and Gaynor, who own and run County Keycare in Kilgetty, and all their hard-working, dedicated staff, for looking after my mother for at least three years, providing two carers, four times a day. I certainly could not have coped without their help. Finally, in the last week of my mother's life, she was bedbound and unable to eat or drink. The doctors put her on morphine, but it was obvious more help was needed through the night, so Steffen and Gaynor again provided two carers all-night, for the last seven days, free of charge. Once again, thank you Steffen and Gaynor, and all your dedicated staff, for making sure my mother was comfortable and well looked after during the last few days of her life. There certainly aren't many care companies around like this, and I'm so grateful to them. Thank you so much.
