Sir,

May I, through your paper, thank those who helped me on Wednesday afternoon when I fell after leaving the library: The lollipop lady, the librarian, the first aid man, the two schoolgirls who brought a roll of toilet paper when pocket tissues were inadequate, and my daughter's friend who went and got her.

Also my thanks to the ambulance lady who took me to the Cottage Hospital, who with the staff there tried to stem the bleeding.

I ended up at A & E at Withybush, to eventually have one stitch! Such a tiny cut to cause so much trouble!

Let me assure everybody who stopped to help that I am OK, apart from looking like a one-eyed panda!
