Well done to the management of Golden Manor for completing their LEAD Wales Course. The pictures show their graduation at the Adventure Centre in Pembroke Dock. Ruth and Amanda were presented with their certificates by the chairman and vice-chairman of Pembrokeshire County Council, with the principal of Swansea University in attendance. They graduated their LEAD Wales programme which has been specifically designed for leaders or owners-managers of small to medium-sized businesses or social enterprise. It helps small busineeses to expand and develop within Wales.
