Richard Bakewell (seen left) has recently been graded to 2nd Dan at Narberth Shotokan Karate Club.

As reported recently, Shihan Mike O'Brien, 8th Dan, the chief instructor of the Karate Union of Wales (right), attended a course and grading at the club which was being held under the guidance of club instructor Rory Pearce (centre).
