Rupert Bear has found time in his busy schedule to return to the National Trust's Colby Woodland Garden on Bank Holiday, Monday, May 28. He will be making appearances at the Children's Fun Day between 11 am and 3.30 pm so why not bring the family along and join in the fun? In addition, there will be a themed quiz trail in the meadow and woodland as well as the opportunity to make a clay teddy bear to take home. Children could even bring their own teddies to meet Rupert and have a Teddy Bear's Picnic in the meadow, or why not enjoy the freshly prepared food in the Bothy Tearooms - a children's menu is available. Normal admission to the Garden applies (free for National Trust Members) and there is a small additional charge to join in the activities. Further details can be obtained by 'phoning (01834) 811885.
