STAFF and pupils of Saundersfoot CP School would like to wish two of their girls the very best of luck when they take part in the forthcoming National Urdd Eisteddfod in Anglesey.

Lily Whitehurst and Beth Williams will be representing both their county and school in the second language reciting competition, having been winners at both the South Pembrokeshire and County Eisteddfods.

The girls have worked ever so hard to learn and practice their performances, and as a result of their brilliance, now have to miss some of their holidays in half-term to perform in North Wales!

The staff would like to take this opportunity to thank the parents involved for their continued support and for agreeing to make the arduous journey up to the Gogledd! Hopefully, it will be a memorable one, with Lily and Beth making their first of many television appearances in the National Urdd Eisteddfod on S4C! Pwb lwc i chi!
