YES, it's time to audition for this year's pantomime Sleeping Beauty.

With the summer over and those back to school blues looming, what better way to cheer yourself up than to take part in this year's Saundersfoot Footlights Pantomime.

The auditions will be held in the Regency Hall, Saundersfoot, tomorrow (Saturday) at 5.30 pm and Sunday, at 2 pm, and are open to all aged seven and over by November 28, 2010.

Those aged seven-13 years (inc) who wish to audition, will be taught a song from the pantomime and will be asked to sing this for their audition. Those aged 14-plus may choose their own audition song.

All those wishing to audition for a speaking part will also be asked to read something from the script.

Even if you think treading the boards is not for you, you can still be involved. Please go along tomorrow (Saturday) or Sunday and introduce yourself if you'd like to help. The company is always looking for people to help with many of the backstage jobs that go to make the show the success it is.

Rehearsals take place on a Wednesday and Sunday and the show will run Monday, November 29, to Saturday, December 4. All performances start at 7.30 pm and there is an additional performance on the Saturday which starts at 2.30 pm.
