Two applications relating to a major development at Saundersfoot Harbour have been given the go-ahead.

Members of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority's development management committee approved the applications - one for outline application with consideration of means of access for residential development (12 units), and retail and general industrial (B2) units.  All other matters reserved at Jones and Teague Boatyard and the other for demolition of existing single storey chandlery and boat repair shed for re-development of site for mixed development, also at Jones and Teague.

Both were subject to a section 106 legal agreement.
