A group of young people from Monkton had a truly creative day at the Old Priory Inn Community Café in February.

The graffiti art activities were led by Pembrokeshire-born, now Cardiff-based, graffiti artist Lloyd Roberts.

The morning's activities were for younger children who used marker pens to create their very own bright and colourful graffiti style canvases.

The afternoon was for the older ones who designed and sprayed a large board to celebrate the popular all day breakfast and warm welcome that is on offer at the Old Priory Inn.

This artwork is now on display at the Old Priory Inn Community Café.

Amazingly, these young people also found time and creative energy to design and spray their own personalised boards.

The day was organised and sponsored by Monkton Young People First, a community group based in Monkton, which organises activities and events for children, young people and their families, and was supported by staff from Pembrokeshire Communities First.
