A local writer and artist has launched a follow-up book following the tale of an English Bulldog who visits Tenby, only this time manages to meet Wally the wandering walrus.
Lynn Stuart has launched her new book ‘George Visits Wally’ the latest in her series.
‘George Visits Tenby’ released back in 2018, was a rhyming story for children aged five to ten years of age, that told the tale of an English Bulldog who goes on holiday to the Victorian seaside town.
Now George is back in the resort for his latest holiday, and even managed to runs into Wally the walrus, the Arctic visitor that was taken to the hearts of the community, during his time in Tenby.
“George, had so much fun in Tenby he makes a return visit and discovers the town has an important guest, Wally the Walrus, so he runs to see Wally and is impressed with how large the walrus is!” said Lynn.
“George decides to find seaside food for Wally as he heads off for a day trip to Saundersfoot, but gets in all sorts of trouble!
“If you liked ‘George Visits Tenby’ you will love this new book in the series,” she added.
The fun book is now available at Tenby Bookshop on Tudor Square.
