Last Sunday saw the annual charity darts singles knockout take place at the Narberth RFC. On the night, a total of 60 players entered, making for a good turnout.
Eventual winner was Gareth Davies, of Merthyr, who beat Lyndon Williams, of the Ivy Bush, in the final by two legs to nil. This is now the fourth year on the trot that the cup has failed to stay in the Narberth League - perhaps due to the fact that a lot of the top players didn't turn up.
This year's charity recipient is nine-year-old Geraint Lewis, of Landshipping, who suffers from Down Syndrome and a large amount of money has been raised, with £1,684 being the final total.
Many thanks to the following who all donated either with money or prizes: Main sponsor N. and B. Concrete, Enigma of Narberth and Whitland, Dragon Inn, John Derbyshire, K. P.
