Pembrokeshire College's national diploma and OCN landscape garden design students have been invited to display their work next summer at the 11th international garden festival in Chaumont-sur-Loire, France.
"We're extremely delighted for our students to be taking part in such a highly prestigious event," said lecturer Tim Morris. "The event attracts garden designers from all over the world and we are very honoured to be there.
"It will give the students the opportunity to see how good their work is on an international scale. The course mainly attracts mature students and knowing them, they will enjoy this challenge enormously.
"We now have to design the garden based on the theme and submit it to the selection committee for their approval. Then it will be a case of sourcing the right materials to depict what we want to communicate with our design.
