A fundraiser will be sitting in the barber’s chair to ‘Brave the Shave’ at Pembroke Town Hall tomorrow (Saturday).
Sixty-seven-year-old Lee Marsden-Arthur, of Hounsell Avenue, Manorbier, is taking on the charity campaign to raise money for Macmillan.
“I had cancer and touch wood I’ve beaten it, and now my hair is long enough to donate to charities that supply wigs and hairpieces to the NHS, such as the Little Princess Trust and Banbury Postiche Limited,” explained Lee.
Teas and coffees will be served at the fundraiser, with all welcome to go along between 11 am and 1 pm.
