Joanne Pugh, originally from Kilgetty, but now living in Cardiff, completed the Cardiff Half Marathon last weekend. Running with her two cousins, Gavin and Gareth, they were delighted to finish their very first run in a respectable two hours and seven minutes. The trio (pictured), who were running in memory of Joanne's sister Sian, raised over £1,500 towards Cancer Care Cymru who provide specialist nurses in Welsh hospitals and work alongside consultants in outpatient clinics when patients are first told they have cancer and need support throughout diagnosis and treatment. Joanne wishes to thank all family, friends and everyone who supported and sponsored her.
