The full length and fabulous dinner dance is an event not to be missed this summer. The event, to be held on Saturday, June 27, in aid of NSPCC Cymru/Wales will be held at the De Valence Pavilion, Tenby. The event is being sponsored by Chevron Ltd at Pembroke Refinery.

Saundersfoot and Tenby NSPCC committee chair Tessa Pearson said of the event: "We're hoping it'll be a really fun evening, with great food, entertainment and company.

"The De Valence is a vibrant arts and entertainment venue for the community and its visitors and is therefore a perfect venue for our event."

Tickets for the event cost £30, and will begin with a Kir Royale Reception at 7.30 pm, followed by a stunning three-course meal. The event is black tie. There will also be a photographer present who will take photos of guests in all their finery if required.

Julie Richards, community fund-raising manager, said: "This event is sure to be a great success and we're so grateful to our Saundersfoot and Tenby committee for their continued support. Money raised by our committees is vital in continuing to provide direct services to children across Wales and providing funding for the ChildLine service based in Swansea."

Tickets can be purchased by contacting committee treasurer, Caroline Mansell, on 812481. There is also a box office number at the De Valence where tickets can be obtained on 843568.
