The National Trust at Stackpole kicks-off the summer season with events and activities for all the family on the estate.

At Stackpole Quay, the ranger team will be hosting rockpool rambles, a chance to explore the briny shallows and discover what amazing creatures share this beautiful coastal habitat.

Visitor experience and community officer Gill Wilkinson said: "Stackpole has so much to offer visitors throughout the summer, the stunning beaches and beautiful walks through woodlands and along the dramatic cliffs, but we offer rockpool rambles so families can join us and experience the amazing wildlife we have here at Stackpole first hand."

There will be a chance to continue the fun in the orchard at the boathouse with our 50 things to do before you're 11-and-three-quarters activities. These are designed to get children outdoors and closer to nature, such as snail racing and walking on a fallen tree, good old fashioned outdoor fun.

So why not come along and join us for rockpool rambles at Stackpole Quay on July 30 and 31 and August 14, 15, 28 and 29. Activities start at 10 am and will continue through until 1 pm. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for a seashore activity.
